Boone Pickens’s TV ads are right about Natural Gas being our nation’s best alternative energy for transportation, but he has no strategy for getting large numbers of vehicles converted to Natural Gas in a short time frame – WE DO.

Our one-pager CNG highlights the primary road blocks to this conversion and the national benefits if we make a material shift in our consumption of gasoline. The Financial one-pager is a synoptic overview for prospective investors, since we are actively seeking strategic partners.

We have prepared a white paper that summarizes specific strategies for breaking thru the substantial barriers that exist and explains why the timing is perfect for natural gas to become a much larger component of our national energy mix. Our approach is a unique after-market conversion that does not require automaker’s investment and that has a very high probability of success, reasonable funding requirements and excellent financial returns. Although it’s a national solution, it will initially be implemented in Utah, because of the existing infrastructure and attractive CNG pricing, and then rolled out nationally within 1-2 years.

We are anxious to identify parties with an interest in making this transition to Natural Gas a reality. The specific strategies and financial data are confidential, therefore we need a non-compete signed so we know who has our information. Don’t be scared off by the $250k, it’s there to scare off those that just want to steal our ideas. It only comes into play if you use our strategy to compete with us. If you are in the conversion business, we are complementary, not competitive, with what you are doing - our entire efforts will be focused on getting additional vehicles certified, thus we are additive to the market. If you can’t sign this, let us know the role you want to play and we can craft a more specific agreement.

Bring low cost natural gas transportation to the general public at affordable prices that cost less per mile (MP$) than hybrids and all other emerging technologies including Hydrogen and Electric vehicles.

Company Profile

Bi-Fuel CNG, Inc. was created to contribute to the national objectives defined above and initially will be primarily a converter of select gasoline powered used vehicles to dual fuel Natural Gas Vehicles (NGVs). Founders have identified the technologies necessary, selected an initial market and products for rollout. Most of the cars to be converted will be purchased on the used car market, transported to centralized conversion locations and converted to NGVs and sold to a waiting buyer’s list. Current owners of the selected models will also be targeted for conversion.

BiFuel will also be involved in the design, engineering and sourcing (or mfgr) of new products supporting the CNG conversion marketplace. Initially, that will be fuel cylinders and a less expensive home refueling station, but additional innovations are likely as the market grows. BiFuel CNG would morph from a conversion/engineering/development entity to an industry leading technology and components supplier.

The initial marketing area would be the Wasatch Front in Utah , then rolled out to other areas based on a number of factors that will be weighed during the initial market rollout (availability of public fueling stations, market size and concentration, etc.).
